Every Norelva is woven entirely by hand — and we stand behind every pair. If yours ever needs care, we're here to repair it, refresh it, or reweave it into something new.

Free repair, 12 months
For normal wear like loosening or fraying, we'll repair your pair free within 12 months of your order date. You only cover round-trip shipping.
We assess wear in good faith, based on everyday use.
Re-weave a new look
Want to switch up your style, try our newest designs, or fix accidental damage? Your first full re-weave is just $10 — a genuinely subsidised price we cover for you, since every pair is remade by hand with new materials and hours of work. Re-weaves after the first are $30 each.
The first $10 re-weave covers styles without charms. For pieces with charms, email us and we'll send a quick quote.
Materials and labour are on us — round-trip shipping is covered by you.
How it works
Email us first — this step is essential
We have handmade studios in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Before you send anything, email us at support@norelva.com so we can assign your weaver and confirm the correct return address. Please don't ship until you've heard back, or your pair may reach the wrong studio.
Post your pair to us
Send your earphones to the address we confirm. Round-trip shipping is covered by you.
We reweave it, then return it
Because everything is handmade to order, we complete your re-weave within 5–12 working days of receiving your pair, then ship it back to you.
