We also reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, inventory issues, or incorrect customer information.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Handmade items may require up to 3 business days for processing.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Orders may be dispatched from our fulfillment facilities or logistics partners in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or the United States, depending on product availability and inventory location.

All products go through quality inspection before shipment to help ensure they meet our shipping standards.

We currently ship to eligible non-remote areas within the contiguous United States. We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, seasonal high demand, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
