Thank you for shopping with Norelva. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, inspect, and ship orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Handmade or made-to-order items may require 5-10 business days for preparation, depending on the product type, customization details, and order volume.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Quality Inspection Before Shipment

Before dispatch, all products go through quality inspection to help ensure they meet our shipping standards.

3. Shipping Origin

Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment facilities or logistics partners in Mainland China, Hong Kong, or the United States, depending on product availability and inventory location.

4. Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping to eligible non-remote areas within the contiguous United States.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

5. Carriers & Delivery

Last-mile delivery is handled by trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local logistics partners.

6. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, when available at checkout.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons, carrier disruptions, weather events, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

8. Shipping Delays & Exceptions

We are not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, seasonal high demand, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside our control.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

10. Lost or Marked-as-Delivered Packages

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, please contact the carrier first for assistance.
