Shipping Policy

Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.

Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@norelva.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund solution when applicable.

This little swimmer is woven entirely from glass seed beads, strung one tiny bead at a time until a whole fish takes shape - a pearl-bright eye, a striped body, and a forked tail that catches the light. It rides on a gold-tone lobster clasp, so it snaps onto a handbag, a backpack zip, a keyring, or a belt loop in one satisfying click.

At roughly 6 cm long it is small enough to feel like a secret and bright enough to be spotted across a room. Choose your catch from nine colorways, each one a different mood of the sea - from a coral-bright carnival to the deep hush of kelp.

Glass beads, gold-tone hardware, and a great deal of patience. That is the whole recipe.

Every fish is hand-woven bead by bead, so no two are ever quite alike. A stray bead in a slightly softer shade, or a tail that curls its own way, is the mark of the hand that made yours - never a flaw.
