Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, improper handling is not covered.
This one spells it out for you: B-O-O. Three strands stack at the throat, a rainbow line of glass seed beads, a row of little gold beads, and a black-and-orange strand carrying the word BOO, all crowned with a trio of enamel charms, a mournful ghost, a tiny grim reaper, and a purple jack-o'-lantern.
It is loud in the best way and does the styling for you: clasp on all three, throw on your costume, and go collect candy. Every strand is strung by hand and the charms hung one at a time.
