Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.
Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.
For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Desert Bloom is for anyone who collects boho bracelets the way other people collect postcards, one from every good season.
Carnelian is the color of the desert in flower: rust, ember, and burnt orange. It was set into jewelry and amulets in ancient Egypt, and in crystal tradition it's tied to creativity, warmth, and the nerve to go after what you want.
The sand-colored cord is twisted and wrapped, then broken up with bursts of orange and green: a wrapped band here, a knotted green stretch there, and frayed tufts all the way around like wildflowers pushing through dry ground. Every tuft is placed by hand in our workshop, so no two come out quite the same. The rectangular stone glows a deep russet with soft banding, a carnelian bracelet made for stacking.
