Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@norelva.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund solution when applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, improper handling is not covered.
