Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.
Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.
For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Among all the crystals for love, quartz is the quiet one: it doesn't announce itself, it simply stays. Love, Kept is for the love that lasts, the kind made of small, steady things.
Quartz has been treasured since ancient times, and in crystal tradition it's known as a stone of clarity that amplifies whatever intention you hold. Pair it with a promise, a person, or a memory you want to keep close.
The cord pairs soft pink with cream: twisted pink at the slide, wrapped bands of butter yellow and lilac, then cream wraps beside the stone, all finished with frayed fringe. Every wrap is done by hand in our small workshop. The barrel-shaped quartz is milky and softly glowing, more moonlight than glass.
