Shipping Policy

Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.

Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@norelva.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund solution when applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, improper handling is not covered.

Wear it and you are freshly bitten. A close collar of glass seed beads (some strung with creamy faux pearls) sits high on the throat, then lets go entirely, spilling long ragged strands of beadwork and faceted teardrops down your chest like blood that never quite dried.

Each drip is strung and knotted by hand, so it moves when you move and catches candlelight on every teardrop. Pair it with lace and a smirk for the party, or let it haunt a plain black dress all season long.
