Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Handmade items may require up to 3 business days for processing.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
