Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.
Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.
For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Painted Desert is western style jewelry with a landscape built right into the stone.
Picture jasper forms as fine sediment and minerals settle in layers and harden over millions of years, leaving bands and speckles that look like mesas, dunes, and far-off ridgelines. In crystal tradition it's a stone of grounding and connection to the earth: a small piece of open country to carry with you.
Three cords, black, sage, and mustard, are braided together by hand in our workshop and cinched with sage knots stitched in gold-tone thread. Mustard and sand wraps with loose fringe frame the stone, a rectangle of tan and caramel picture jasper dusted with dark speckles and crossed by a curving line like a distant ridge.
