Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

True North is a clear quartz bracelet for finding your way back to yourself, a raw crystal held in royal blue and white cord.
Clear quartz is known in crystal tradition as an amplifier, a stone said to magnify whatever intention you bring to it. Set yours like a compass: one clear direction, worn every day.
The raw quartz is wrapped by hand in our workshop, never drilled, inside a net of royal blue and white waxed cord. Chips of man-made goldstone add a warm red sparkle along the band, and clear beads finish the ends of the sliding knot. Red, white, and blue, with nothing loud about it.
