Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Held Gently is a raw rose quartz bracelet, the stone cradled in a little net of knotted cord instead of drilled through.
Rose quartz is the classic stone of love and self-compassion in crystal tradition, and leaving it raw keeps every natural ridge and facet intact. Small clusters of peridot, a stone of renewal, sit on either side like new leaves around a blossom.
We wrap each rose quartz by hand in our workshop, never drilled, knotting blush-and-cream waxed cord around it until it sits snug. The twisted band finishes with a small bead and a sliding knot, and since every raw stone has its own shape, no two bracelets are quite alike.
