Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Canyon Ember is red agate jewelry at its simplest: wine-red chips knotted one by one into a spiral of brown waxed cord, like embers still glowing after a desert campfire.
Agate has been carved and carried since ancient times, and red agate is traditionally tied to courage, vitality, and steady energy. It's a little warmth to keep close on long, cool nights.
Every spiral knot is tied by hand in our workshop, with a stone set in every few turns and an adjustable sliding knot to finish. Light, simple, and made to be worn every day.
