Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The glossy brown cord is braided and knotted in rolling coils, then wrapped in bands of mustard and sand, with the fringe left loose like dry desert grass. The oval stone sits between two black wraps, deep brick red streaked with rust and smoke. Braided and knotted entirely by hand in our workshop, it's easy, everyday red jasper jewelry that looks right with denim and a sunburn.
