Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.
Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.
For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund solution when applicable.
Damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, improper handling is not covered.

Sodalite is traditionally associated with logic, focus, and calm communication. Wear it as a cue to do one thing at a time, and to let the rest wait its turn.
Lavender cord is braided by hand in our workshop with strands of cream, peach, butter yellow, and sky blue, then gathered into two full tassels on either side of the stone. The oval sodalite is mostly white, scattered with patches of deep blue like ink dropped in milk.
