Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.
Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.
For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Tiger eye has been carried as a talisman of courage for centuries, and in crystal tradition it's tied to clear focus and calm confidence. Wear it as a reminder to breathe, plant your feet, and trust your read on things.
Half the cord is a thick black rope braid; the other half is wrapped in cream with a single black band, finished with a black tassel at the knot. We braid and wrap each one by hand in our workshop, one bracelet at a time. The oval stone flashes gold and honey-brown as it moves, a mens tiger eye bracelet with real texture to it.
