Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Of all the crystals for confidence, tiger eye may be the most loved, and Blue Hour sets it against deep navy cord made for everyday wear.
The name comes from the blue hour, that hush before sunrise when the day hasn't asked anything of you yet. It's the moment to gather your nerve. Tiger eye is traditionally linked to courage and self-belief; wear it as a nudge to step forward before you feel completely ready.
The navy cord is braided and knotted, with long tassels at the sliding knot. Two wrapped sections break up the blue: one in navy-and-white stripes, the other a bright twist of red, orange, gold, and sky blue, each with its own frayed fringe. Hand-braided in our workshop, it's made to be worn by anyone. The rectangular stone glows golden brown at the center.
