Each handmade earphone wrap is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.
Handmade earphone wrap orders are usually prepared within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.
We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.
Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.
For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

There's a quiet kind of magic in these tiny 4mm beads: cat's-eye glass that catches the light and glows in soft, shifting rainbows, like morning mist right before the sun burns through. Each strand is strung by hand in our studio and finished with a slim cord loop, so it slips onto your phone in seconds — and it's happy on a camera or a little bag, too.
