Each handmade earphone wrap is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.

Handmade earphone wrap orders are usually prepared within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@norelva.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund solution when applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, improper handling is not covered.

Made for Everyday Durability

The cable is hand-wrapped with organic cotton thread, then secured with hand-tied knots at the finishing points to help reduce loosening and shifting during everyday use. Extra care is given around the earbud branches, Y-split, inline remote, and connector, where the cable bends and moves more frequently.

Keep the shell and starfish charms away from hard impact, moisture, zippers, and rough fabrics, and do not lift or pull the earphones by the decorations.

What Goes Into Your Pair

Each pair begins with one complete set of wired earphones. The cable is hand wrapped with organic cotton thread in a coastal color layout and secured with hand tied knots. The shell and starfish charms are arranged and added individually by hand.

Each pair takes approximately 5 to 6 hours of hands on work, including color planning, wrapping, decorative placement, knotting, and finishing. The price reflects the complete earphones, the organic cotton thread, the decorative details, and the time required to complete each pair by hand.

Each wrap is braided, finished, and inspected by hand for your order, so we ask for around 3 days before yours ships. That short wait is the honest difference between a piece made specifically for you and something pulled off a shelf — and it's exactly why every wrap has that collected, one-of-a-kind feel instead of looking machine-made.
