Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The cable is hand-wrapped with 0.6 mm polyester thread under even tension, then secured with hand-tied knots at the finishing points to help reduce loosening and shifting during everyday use. Extra care is given around the earbud branches, Y-split, inline remote, and connector, where the cable bends and moves more frequently.
