Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.

Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

Please contact us at support@norelva.com before sending any return package. Unauthorized returns may be lost or rejected.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@norelva.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund solution when applicable.

Damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, improper handling is not covered.

Made for Everyday Durability

The cable is hand-wrapped with 0.6 mm polyester thread under even tension, then secured with hand-tied knots at the finishing points to help reduce loosening and shifting during everyday use. Extra care is given around the earbud branches, Y-split, inline remote, and connector, where the cable bends and moves more frequently.

Keep the personalized letter beads away from hard impact, sharp snagging, and rough surfaces, and do not lift or pull the earphones by the beads.

What Goes Into Your Pair

Each pair begins with one complete set of wired earphones. The cable is hand-wrapped with 0.6 mm polyester thread in a colorful rainbow wrapping layout and secured with hand-tied knots. The selected name or letter-bead design is arranged and added individually for the selected order.

Each pair takes approximately 5 to 6 hours of hands-on work, including color planning, wrapping, personalization, placement, knotting, and finishing. The price reflects the complete earphones, the materials, the custom details, and the time required to complete your pair by hand.
