Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After review, we will provide a replacement or refund solution when applicable.

Made for Everyday Durability

The cable is worked by hand with organic cotton thread into a close crochet texture, then secured with hand-tied knots at the finishing points to help reduce loosening and shifting during everyday use. Extra care is given around the earbud branches, Y-split, inline remote, and connector, where the cable bends and moves more frequently.

To help preserve the crochet texture, keep it dry, store the earphones in a loose coil, and avoid sharp snagging on zippers or rough fabrics.

What Goes Into This Pair

Each pair begins with one complete set of wired earphones. The cable is worked by hand with organic cotton thread, with each loop formed and adjusted individually to create a close sky-blue crochet texture.

Each pair takes approximately 4 to 5 hours of hands-on work, including loop formation, tension adjustment, spacing, and finishing. The price reflects the complete earphones, the organic cotton thread, and the additional time required to build the textured pattern by hand.
