Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

The cable is hand-wrapped with 0.6 mm polyester thread under even tension, then secured with hand-tied knots at the finishing points to help reduce loosening and shifting during everyday use. Extra care is given around the earbud branches, Y-split, inline remote, and connector, where the cable bends and moves more frequently.

Each pair begins with one complete set of wired earphones. The cable is hand-wrapped with 0.6 mm polyester thread in a colorful Y2K wrapping layout, secured with hand-tied knots, while the metal smiley charm is positioned individually as the design is built.

Each pair takes approximately 5 to 6 hours of hands-on work, including color planning, wrapping, decorative placement, balancing, knotting, and finishing. The price reflects the complete earphones, the wrapping materials, the decorative details, and the time required to finish each pair by hand.
