Each product is made to order and carefully prepared by hand before shipment.

Please allow 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed for handmade preparation before dispatch.

Our order cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Free standard shipping usually takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping, when available at checkout, usually takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

The estimated delivery time includes standard customs clearance.

We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or U.S. Territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and free from damage caused by misuse, washing, alteration, or improper handling.

For product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Made for Everyday Durability

The cable is hand-knotted with organic cotton thread, with the knotting pattern secured throughout to help reduce loosening and shifting during everyday use. Extra care is given around the earbud branches, Y-split, inline remote, and connector, where the cable bends and moves more frequently.

Keep the open knotwork dry and away from zippers or rough fabrics. Protect the turquoise stone from hard impact, and do not pull the earphones by the bead.

What Goes Into This Pair

Each pair begins with one complete set of wired earphones. The cable is worked by hand with organic cotton thread, with each knot formed and adjusted individually to create an open macrame texture. The turquoise stone detail is added individually during the making process.

Each pair takes approximately 5 to 6.5 hours of hands-on work, including knotting, tension adjustment, spacing, stone placement, and finishing. The price reflects the complete earphones, the organic cotton thread, the turquoise stone detail, and the additional time required to build the textured pattern by hand.

Handmade to Order — Preparation Takes 3–5 Business Days

Because the macrame is knotted and finished by hand for each order, then inspected before shipping, we need 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed to prepare your order for shipment. Hand-knotting simply can't be rushed without the quality showing. That short wait is the honest difference between a piece made specifically for you and something pulled off a shelf.
